The Project consists of a Master Plan Urban Development covering approximately 449 hectares of land and a separated fire station within the wider Jebel Hafeet Glacier Master Plan. The main components being 3,000 villas, public amenities, all major and minor infrastructures to include but not limited: Sewerage, Storm Water, Roads, Telecommunications, Potable Water, Fire Hydrant, Irrigation, Civil Defense, Traffic Control Systems, SCADA, etc. along with the community facilities and all community landscaping. the project is expected to be carried out in three (3) Phases.
